Today, MA risk-adjustment runs on year-old claims data filtered through expensive coding firms, with chart reviews that miss real conditions and add ones that shouldn't be there. AniMar replaces the manual coding loop with AI agents that work the chart in real time alongside the provider, surfacing diagnoses the provider can confirm or reject before submission. Better data, less work for the provider, and a tighter feedback loop between care and revenue.
